Continental Hotel Hurghada

A fantastic hotel for relaxation. This was our second stay at this hotel, and certainly not our last. The hotel is very functional, close to the pool, access to the sea, and the location is also excellent for shopping. The service is very friendly and professional. Special shout-out to the amazing bartender Rede and the very helpful and professional Mustafa at the hotel reception, as well as the waiter Mustaha, who always made sure we had everything on the tables during meals

Facilities, pool etc are OK, but the pool water is ridiculously warm, the food is no better than the school dinners of my youth, there is dreadful pounding music droning on into the night. Not a hotel I would recommend to anyone.

It was our 6th time in the hotel. We feel as we are at home. And we sincerely hope that we will keep returning for our holidays. A great location with everything that one may need. The staff is very kind and ready to assist at any time. The room we stayed in was refurbished as was the SPA Centre in which we enjoyed our massages with two great ladies, Marwa and a new employee whose name I can't recall now. The food is very good, there is something for everyone. All the amenities are clean, the garden excellently kept. The Sun Deck and the live music played in the evening is an unforgettable experience. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel. Het eten was goed waaronder een uitgebreid ontbijt. Aan het zwembad en het strand waren er genoeg ligzetels aanwezig. Ook uitstekende service aan het strand.

De shops in het continental hotel zijn zeer duur met wel voor sommige souvenirs tot maal 5 keer de prijs dan in andere winkels. Je koopt je souvenirs best buiten het hotel. Het buffet voor lunch en diner mocht iets uitgebreider zijn.

The Hotel as a place is okay, the personel and their service made the atmosphere feel like home. Entertainment group is professional and made the stay very comfy for us with talking to us and getting us to do sport activities. Also just swimming in the pool was great because of the professional lifeguards that were making us feel safe. Room was clean. There wasn't really much noise problems everything was neutral. Location is great, near you have shops and pharmacy. Value was equal to the experience. I'd like to come back. I'll recommend to everyone to go there.

People from restuurant were so nice, and kind, especually 3 of them, their names was twoMohameds and Mustafa. Reception was fast chekin us in, and we got a really nice family room. We changed because lack of balkony. But the room was great. Beach is so clean.

The staff is very friendly, the beach clean and good for kids and bedrooms are very spacious and beds comfortabl. However the hotel needs a renovation as well as to improve its food offering to comply with its 4 stars classification. Our bedroom was very old : the balcomy door didn't close properly, A/C wasn't working properly, a lot of paintings stains were visible. Also lack of noise isolation from front door which means you can hear all the music from outside till very late. Food was ok but not extraordinary. Same same almost every day, just one type maybe two types of meat with mostbof the time goulash tonplease eastern european clientele. A disappointment compared to other hotels we stayed in.
