Continental Hotel Hurghada

I had an accident slipping on wet surface and needed to seek medical assistance. Dr Hossam Utopia Medical Service treated me fantastically. The care was exemplary and I felt very looked after. Dr Hossam was amazing and very gentle and sympathetic.

Everything was good, food, rooms, personal was awesome. Young couple fron slovakia. Food choices were a bit tight, but they try to change the menus everyday

The hotel is in a great location in Memsha, the promenade is right in front, full of different shops, bars and restoranrs. Everything is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. The beach is also very neat and clean. The food is delicious and very varied. The staff is very hospitable and warm, always pleasant, smiling and ready to answer your questions and help you. All recommendations for this hotel.

I"ve come to this beautiful hotel a few times and every time I enjoy my stay. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. They gave me the room much earlier than check in time, and the room was exactly as I had asked for in my letter to Diana (the account manager) which was very important to me. What I like most about the hotel - is the atmosphere of friendliness especially when you are single, The territory of the hotel is compact - you can easily get from the swimming pool to the sea. Even in the high season it is always possible to find a nice place both at the swimming pool and the sea, although from 11 a m the pool may get crowded. The animation team works the whole day, and you will never get bored, but they will respect your privacy if want to relax. Every day after dinner you may enjoy an evening show, and the most energetic and young will always have a chance of visiting one of the best night clubs in Hurghada, accompanied by the hotel animators. Food is excellent - thanks to the cooks. It is my best hotel in Hurghada and my next holiday I will undoubtedly spend there.

Hotel Continental is an excellent hotel.The staff are exceptionally kind and accommodating, and the level of cleanliness is outstanding — visible even in the smallest details: spotless curtains, drapes, and bedspreads in the rooms, clean tables and tablecloths in the main restaurant, marble floors and walkways regularly cleaned by machines. The beach is well-maintained, with good sunbeds, and even when the sea occasionally brings in debris — as it does everywhere — the staff promptly clean it up, something I’ve never seen elsewhere. The food is delicious, though for a hotel of this category, the selection could be slightly more varied, especially when it comes to meat dishes. That said, there were days when the offerings fully met expectations. The desserts and pastries are truly exceptional. I would especially like to praise the Spa center, which offers excellent service and maintains impeccable hygiene. A heartfelt thank you to the masseuse Sabah, whose skill and energy made me feel absolutely magical during my stay. Thank you for everything — I hope to return soon! Room 247

We are still at the hotel. We keep oncoming back, it' the seventh time this year. So, we could observe improvements that had beenname. Namely, rooms, ours, have been refurbished, new doors, new furniture. Hygiene as good as ever. Generally speaking, some improvements should be made as concerns room cleaning. Often dust left in corners, under the bed. Food very good, everyone is very kind. Reception is still a weak point, though this year the reception staff was a bit more kind and less stiff. Spa center great! Not to skip. Excellent renovation. We had a Turkish hammam, apsolutely recommendable! Our masseuses Sabah and Marwa are surely the Spa's valuable assets. They excell in their work. Throughout our stays over the past seven years we came to consider Continental hotel as our place to relax and enjoy to the full extent. Were pleased to meet again Mr. Hameed, an ever gentleman, public relations manager. And on Wednesdays and Sundays, the enchanting oud music at the Sundeck café! Wonderful. All praises to the artist. If you are looking for a quiet and clean hotel with great quality breakfast and lovely beach, this is NOT the place to go! We stayed for 3 nights and the room was old and not clean at all. The floor and furniture were so dusty, we left our stuff in our luggage. The fridge was barely working and the AC was extremely loud. Bring your earplugs if you want any sleep. Regarding sleep, every morning we were woken up by ongoing construction work outside and the room didn't feel soundproof at all. And once you were awake and ready for breakfast, you couldn't even look forward because the food was so below average. Breads and pastries were dry (maybe even from the day before) and the quality of the food served was very low. And if you wanted to have some quiet and relaxing time at the moderate beach (don't expect clean water), every few minutes someone of the stuff (or let's say hustlers) would approach you and try to sell you a drink, a trip (double or triple the price than standard prices) or anything for some extra cash. To conclude, this at most 3* hotel is absolutely not worth the money we paid.
