Disappointing Experience Despite a Clean Hotel We stayed at this hotel with an all-inclusive package, but unfortunately, we were surprised to find that many services and drinks were not included and required extra payment. This goes against the very concept of "all-inclusive" and feels misleading to guests. Even freshly squeezed juice was not included — in a 5-star hotel, is juice considered such a luxury that all-inclusive guests can’t enjoy it? Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I do not recommend this hotel in terms of value for money or service. Definitely not an experience I would repeat.

Old, very dated, poorly maintained property with tasteless buffet, and they won’t allow ordering from outside!! Very rude staff until you start tipping them every time they deliver something to you I would never recommend it

This was our second stay at Hotel Continental and once again it exceeded our expectations! A special thank you to Mohamed, the waiter, who made our stay even better with his kindness and warm smile. We also want to say a huge thank you to the gardeners and housekeeping staff for taking such good care of the beautiful gardens and keeping the rooms spotless. You are all doing an amazing job — we truly appreciate your hard work and can’t wait to come back!

It's a wonderful place, with helpful staff and a pleasant environment. Spacious rooms. The most beautiful beach in Hurghada I've ever been to. The hotel staff solves every problem instantly. I won't look for another hotel again.

Arrived 18/3 rooms are okay but the bathrooms need attention . Shower rail hanging of the wall, maintenance repaired it and left the screws on the shower floor and dirty footprints in the shower. Plugs are not working and are very dirty as are the taps and floor areas . Shower soap falling of the wall . Both rooms need an update. Staff are very accommodating and friendly so far . We have another 6 days let’s see if we have improvement

Lovely hotel, big rooms. Close to the airport and a lovely beach. Lots to do and a good selection of entertainments and food. Lots of options for activities including parasailing spa gym and boat trips. Very friendly staff, very accommodating

The hotel staff was really friendly. Also the animation was enthusiastic and really energetic! The rooms were good and clean. Also the food was good. I loved the private beach the hotel has. Would really recommend this hotel for a perfect all inclusive stay!
