"Dishonest people! Avoid this dishonest hotel."

Days Inn by Wyndham Sheridan. I'm a Wyndham Rewards member, so I booked this hotel for one night on my way to Yellowstone. I made the reservations through the Wyndham website, where the hotel description states that it is "pet friendly". Imagine this: after a whole day of driving, it's dark, it's freezing cold, and we finally arrive at the hotel. And then we discover that the "pet-friendly hotel" doesn't accept cats. What am I supposed to do? Sleep in the car? Drive on through the night? The hotel staff couldn't care less. I managed to rent a room at another hotel. But what is Days Inn by Wyndham Sheridan doing? They charged my card for an unused room and have no intention of refunding the money. Apparently, I should have guessed beforehand that they don't like cats. Outrageous! "Worst experience"

This is literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and I’ve stayed in some very low budget hotels/motels across the world. Overpriced for the facilities/amenities which may or may not work and the front desk days “isn’t their problem”. During my stay they were doing construction and my room smelled like paint and chemicals. I asked to move rooms because the fumes (I have a small dog with me whose respiratory system is sensitive) and they said no. Also TV didn’t work and WiFi signal doesn’t reach the rooms. I asked for a refund several times and they said to call back when the GM is there. Called several times over several days and never got in touch with anyone. BEWARE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
