"The rooms need to be sprayed for insects"

The door was tricky trying to open, my room had a kissing bug in it in which I killed. I slept outside in my truck, check the hotel camera as proof. I moved the clothes I was planning on out to my truck. I didn't feel comfortable in that room.

The lack of cleanliness of the room.

Miguel was at the front desk, we spoke to him several times and was never friendly. He informed us that unless we contacted him ,your room would not be cleaned. when we had no body wash or TP he informed us it had to requested by a certain time, but would put in the order for next day. however after a all Dat hunt. No TP or body wash. The hotel badly needs an updated renewal and better personal. That being said, since we had to approach cleaning staff directly, they were very sweet
