This hotel was dirty and run down. I have never seen a road side hotel that charged for parking. I would never stay here again

Check in was Extremely backed up!! We understand there was a sports team checking in, but 2 people doing ALL the check in's was Really Slow!! We had to leave to go to our event and go back later to check in.

Booked 10 rooms for a team event. When checking in only half the rooms were available. Couple rooms didn’t become available until midnight. Was given a room that already had people checked into it. Was a given a room with one bed, when I booked a room with two beds. Complete disaster of a hotel. Asked for compensation and was told by hotel that as reservation was through expedia I wouldn’t to get any sort of compensation through expedia. Would like a response to further escalate my stay.
