"definitely would not return"

our room was far too hot with a poor air con. Our room was not what we expected/ nothing like the photos, i do not think this is a value for money. Our room keys were very temperamental and did not work half the time.

Location was perfect for us - right beside the tram, which we used to go directly to Etihad for a concert and also a direct tram to the airport. Staff were very friendly, bed was very comfortable.

We were originally checked into an uncleaned room. I went to the reception and we were quickly changed. I had asked for a twin room and was advised the bed would be split for us, but it wasn't and we didnt get back until late after a concert, so didn't ask for it to be done then. Aircon didn't work

"Good last minute booking, expensive parking and noisy from the Trams."

Food was nice, room was clean and tidy. Staff were polite and helpful.

The noise from outside from the Trams they were constant and we were on floor 7. Car parking at £20 a night is extremely expensive.
