"Centrally located near picadilly gardens"

Stayed one night after watching Take That concert. Hotel was in a great location for tram to Etihad stadium. Rooms were comfortable. Staff were responsive to queries.

The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations and I noticed some room doors looked scratched but other than that everything was great.

Great location. Really friendly staff. Great breakfast

No air con, no opening windows, just a tiny fan which wasn’t effective. The room was sweltering!!!

"Expensive parking"

Its a ok hotel beds not has comfortable has Premier or travel lodge. Parking is £20 per day which I didn't see before I booked? This extra £20 a night makes it expensive I upgraded to a privilege room the only thing I got was a better tv not worth the upgrade in my opinion.

Hallway and doors were tired insufficient information regarding parking and how to pay

"This is my second stay at this hotel as loved it the first time, the location is central for everything with free parki"

The location is ideal for shopping and nightlife. There is free parking for disabled. The breakfast was outstanding with something for everyone, lots of fruit. Everything was clean and tidy.

There are no negatives apart from my bed seemed higher on one side which made me feel I was going to roll out. Also the drinks in the bar are a little expensive
