"Without a doubt the worst hotel experience"

Without a doubt the worst hotel experience I have had. The room was not ready at check-in at 3:00 PM as stated. We were charged an additional DKK 1,000 for bringing a small dog. This was New Year’s Eve, and despite staying at the hotel, we were told we could not dine at the hotel restaurant as it was fully booked by non-hotel guests, which is difficult to understand. The room was extremely small, barely allowing us to open our luggage. The shower leaked, flooding the bathroom floor, and the room speaker did not work. During the two hours we were in the room, we had to contact reception twice. Overall, a poorly managed and dysfunctional hotel. The follow-up and communication afterward were equally poor. Strongly not recommended.

Très bien placé pour visiter Copenhague. Jolie déco. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Restaurant excellent, même si la carte pourrait être plus étoffée. Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel à taille humaine.
