Extended Stay America Suites - Chicago - Gurnee

I would say my stay here was a bit so so. The rooms themselves were comfortable and well kept but during the duration my family was here the staff was EXTREMELY questionable. I overheard the staff yelling at each other very repugnant ways. The manager of this location was very rude and nasty towards the female staff which set me the wrong way. The overall way that the manager acted was unprofessional and has for sure deterred me from bringing my family here again. I personally will not support a business that allows managers to treat staff in such a disrespectful way

I am still at extended Stay Gurnee and I just wanted to write a revieiw 1) The manager I call her Toni because I can not say her name! Anyway I love her she is so helpful and when you give her a complaint this women is on it! She always have a smile on her face but ya know no matter how you treat someone it's never enough! She treats everyone the same no favorites (but me) LOL, She is always professional. I can go on and on but she is the best! 2} Sean the maintenance man is another one that goes over and beyond to satisfy all the reside and getting to everyone in a timely manor.But sometimes it's never enough! He always has a smile on his face and I know for a fact like I said one of a kind. All of the front people are great they also go over beyond! Margaret McNulty 318/734/7636

This have been one of my best stays while working on the road away from home. The service was great, and the Manenger Miss Toni, made sure to let the house keepers know I worked nights, and not to disturb me. When any package or even my meal preps came in I was notified

Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Zoey the receptionist is very easy to talk to and very helpful. She makes sure fresh coffee is available and is very polite. She greats me every time I walk through.

Toni is the Greatest motel manager I have ever met!! Her staff is very Efficient, and helpful!!! Zoie, Rain, Shawn, and everyone else!!! 🤠
