Extended Stay America Suites - Chicago - Gurnee

I’ve been staying here for an extended period of time and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience. The staff are always friendly, professional, and willing to go out of their way to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which has made it feel more like a home than just a hotel. What I appreciate most is the convenience—everything I’ve needed has been right here, from laundry facilities to a well-equipped kitchenette. The location is safe and easy to get around from, and I’ve felt comfortable and welcomed during my entire stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, value, and great service, I highly recommend this extended stay. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area!

Rainer needs a raise. Rainer has gave me the most help and I honestly only want to receive help specifically from her but I don’t want to be a bug to her because she has a job to do still. She has carried the dish kit since I am pregnant and she has cleaned out my tub she takes out her own time to help and helps. She is a great employee! Rainer you deserve the appreciation so thank you!

Fine establishment to stay for two nights, two weeks, or two months. - Stable high-speed Wifi network had the PS5 connected with effectively and consistently and minimal input lag. - Having stayed at many motels in the prior years, it can be said confidently that this Extended Stay does go a step above and beyond to meet and exceed guest expectations. - Management and staff is more than polite and friendly, always happy to assist when asked. I love love loveeeeee the hotel. Zoey and Sean are awesome!!! Theyre super lovely super friendly and they will make sure you're doing well. Sean is always making sure the room is maintained and clean and Zoey always have a smile on her face whenever I need help. She's definitely a hard worker! Sean is also a hard worker. I love them! Definitely coming back again.

The staff here are amazing. Sean is great something wrong with your room he comes and fixes it pronto. Tony is an amazing gm she keeps the place running great. Zoey is so nice and always have a smile. This is a great place to stay!

Our stay was horrible this is not a hotel at all it low income houseing the room smelled horrible and very dusty everything had stains the fridge was yellow everything was just gross people were loud and fighting all night

Outdated furnitures and bathroom.

Clean rooms, the manager Toni and her front desk staff are very friendly and the maintenance man Sean we’re on top of things

I have been staying here for some time and could not have selected a better place for my needs. Lupe, Destiny and Zoey always make sure that there is fresh coffee along with something for breakfast every morning. Toni, the New Manager checks to make sure that everything is running "top notch" with the help of Sean in the Maintenance Dept. Toni is always checking to make sure that everything is done that is necessary to maintain a clean and tidy environment. The rooms are maintained by Kat and Irma, so that whatever is needed is taken care of and they are always pleasant and strive to make a welcoming space. it is also nice to know that there is always someone available for security and Brian and Reineer see to that along with Delores. The whole team works together to make anyones stay a positive one.

I have been staying at this location while on a work assignment and have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Toni (GM) and Zoey (Front Desk) are both always nearby the front desk, welcoming their guests with a positive attitude and smile. I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family to stay at this location while in the area for work, or even enjoying a vacation at the Six Flags Amusement Park right down the road
