When arrive there’s no person in the front counter You need to call for someone to come out Not recommend

We were in town for a few days, and wanted to stay near family. We wanted to check out this hotel as a possible temporary, longer term option for when we move back to Chicagoland next year. We were disappointed. The biggest issue was that the room we were assigned had previous guests that obviously smoked in the room, and it REEKED. As we had arrived late at night after a long travel day, we just stayed there for the night, and in the morning requested a room change. My allergies were terrible by morning (my mistake for staying there at all). I approached the woman at the front desk, who was playing with markers at the time, and could not be bothered with what I was telling her. She was able to switch our room, but I also tried to explain that when the housekeepers find that someone has smoked in the room, they should alert the management, and there should be something done to air it out, deodorize it, etc. It was just a suggestion to pass on, but she couldn't be bothered, and literally began coloring again while I was speaking to her. Ugh! There was another guest who had stopped by the desk area to get her "free breakfast" of a Nutrigrain bar and coffee, and she heard us talking and mentioned that she could smell the smoke stench from her room, which was across the hall, 2 doors down! The new room was more updated; it had vinyl flooring, and didn't smell like smoke. We were still not impressed, and won't be returning.

The staff was excellent and the manager was extremely helpful

Nothing too much drug, smell mariguana everywhere and has BEDBUGS!!!!!

They didn’t return the money after I stay two day of 5 nights, they don’t have any consideration of people, don’t GO !!!!!
