The food

My ac in my room was not working, it was leaking and as a result I woke up to a flooded floor. They attempted to fix the problem but it was short lived. I spoke to the rep at the guest services desk and she assured me that a manager would WhatsApp me or email me so as a result I'm patiently awaiting either aa well as my fridge did not work

Localização ótima, próximo ao centro de Willemstad o que somado com a praia e piscinas do hotel formaram o conjunto perfeito. Restaurantes excelentes, limpeza dos quartos ótima e sempre no horário. A funcionária Joella do restaurante é um simpatia total <3.

O chuveiro do banheiro poderia ter mais pressão de água. Quando desligado ficava sempre vasando água pelo registro.
