The Colombian staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our entire stay. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The location is also a great bonus, as the hotel is conveniently close to the city

The hotel itself was nice, however the pigeon problem was excessive and extremely bothersome. It was impossible to enjoy breakfast or lunch in peace, as they were constantly disrupting meals. The snack bar was equally uncomfortable and nearly unusable due to their presence

La verdad la pase muy bien, el servicio de front desk, restaurants y bar pequeños, muy bueno!

Se fue el internet por 2 dias. trajo muchos incovenientes a los huespedes.

"Incredible, magical, fun and relaxing."

There was nothing that we can say negative!! Staff and other guests, all were respectful, happy and caring to each other! It came from a feeling of being treated as royalty! Anything we asked the staff went out of their way to get it and more for us! Would go back to this beautiful haven as often as I can. Yes food was incredible also!

El restaurante bufet tiene buen surtido de comidas.

Falta de agua. Mala experiencia en los restaurantes temáticos ya que sirven lo mismo que en el restaurante bufet.
