Location was amazing. Pool area was lovely. Bar servers were friendly and great at what they do.

We were charged a $200 "Destination fee" on top of check our bill that gave nothing. No drinks offered or anything, which should have been when I researched what that was. I queried it and the receptionist said it was an American thing and due to it being our first hotel, we knew no better. We went on to do a road trip around the South (Memphis, Nashville, Orange Beach and back to a different hotel in New Orleans) staying in 7 different hotels, one of which was a Hyatt Centric and no other hotel added this charge. The room was only cleaned once in our 4 night stay even though we asked at reception. Very disappointed. Felt as though we were taken advantage of as we were tourists.
