"November visit to New Orleans"

Location was great! Staff were amazing.

There was trash on our balcony from prior guests we had to clean up. Wish I would also have known about the daily fee at time of reservation. I fully prepaid only to find out i had to pay an additional $30/day and I still dont understand what it was for.

Location is right in the heart of the French Quarter. Lobby is beautiful. Amenities are available.

Room was dated, not in the best condition. Very loud at night, from exterior music and car stereos and traffic. Forget sleeping. Breakfast pitched as included is actually charged then hopefully reversed at check out. Typically one person taking your order at a counter as you wait. Not efficient. Hotel holds like hundreds of guests. Bell service help and even luggage carts were not easily found to be helpful. Valet brought car around but left again with my keys, making our luggage loading set off alarm for like twenty minutes while valet guy was located. Car battery nearly dead after lengthy alarm sequence. No apology, no responsibility taken.

There are a few things that will make me rebook, like the location was ideal, easily accessible. The staff was pleasant and super helpful. I also appreciate the room, decor, size and cleanliness.

The check in process wasn't the best experience but the staff worked hard to quickly rectify the situation.
