The woman at the front desk, whom would not provide her name upon me asking (as she was horrendous, and had an ugly attitude, so likely did not want her name associated with this review) It sounded like she may have said Keely, but, again I called 4 different times. The first time was business as usual, and everything was taken care of. I work for a General Contractor and was needing a room for our Superintendent to stay in for the night. I then called back in 10 minutes or so, as said Superintendent had extended stay at a different hotel, so no longer needed the room, so I called to cancel the reservation. When calling to cancel the reservation she hung up on me for no reason. I called back, and asked if I could cancel the room, and mentioned I wasn't sure if I was hung up on or an accident, but that I had just called. She had an immediate attitude (mind you I had no attitude, just wanted to confirm that it was cancelled, so we were not billed a no show rate. I know when reading these reviews you wonder what it really went like, well I can tell you I have spent more time making sure I place a review everywhere I can than I did dealing with this womans attitude). She then told me I was not hung up on so to calm down, and I said I would just like an email sent to confirm cancellation, and she then hung up AGAIN. At this point I was VERY confused, and so I called a 3rd time, and she played dumb when I asked if she was who I had been speaking to, and was extremely rude, petty, snarky, and just overall THE POOREST customer service I have ever seen. During the 3rd call she placed me on hold for over 5 minutes, I am sure assuming I would hang up, but I did not. When mentioning the events, she then stated with attitude you haven't been hung up on "our phones are messing up" so chill out lady. It is so simple to explain phone issues and apologize for the same, but that is not what the front staff at this hotel choose...they choose to be extremely rude, and condescending. It was not over here, because she after saying multiple rude comments, hung up again. I then proceed to call what would be my final time, and asked to speak to her manager, and she said that is me. I said there has to be someone above you, as I am sure you don't own the place. She said well then you can call corporate right, and I said yes I can, will you please provide me the number. She then said no, you can find it yourself. At this time I did disconnect the line with her, as she was acting like nothing but a child. Like I stated above, I will be spending more time writing reviews than I did dealing with the whole ordeal, but it is in hopes to help any other businesses out there or individuals that wish to do any kind of business with this hotel, to use it as a LAST RESORT, I am talking ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. As from previous reviews I have read, the staff and the hotel are ugly. I hope this helps someone.
