Great service and clean rooms!

Property was very old and dated and wasnt the cleanest.

If staying alone or with kids do not book this hotel.

The room was decent but when we asked the house keeper to clean our room she did not clean it she just emptied the trash. The staff was very pleasant and beds were comfortable

Hit a piece of the curb from a handicap space that projects into the entry path. With uphill slope was difficult to see. 2 of 3 of the handicap parking spaces exit onto a rocky landscape design of fist sized rocks not a smooth surface. Was dangerous walking for my mobility impaired wife. VERY poor landscape design by someone that obviously knows nothing about handicap accessibility standards. Handicap grab bar in the bathroom shower was not anchored into a stud, only the plastic wall panel, which flexed outward when you grabbed the bar in an attempt to step into tub. Floor of tub was slippery. Commode was a standard height commode, not the 17" handicap height. We had specifically requested a handicap accessible room but this barely met that standard and then poorly. While staff was great and provided good info, they were the bright spot. Doubt we will return. Site is also missing a bet by not putting in a sidewalk to the adjacent Denny's Restaurant.

This hotel is an old dump. Shower curtain ws falling off the wall, cracked and peeling paint in the bathroom, old interior furnishings, tiny pillows on a king size bed, NO USB ports for charging devices, only so-so continental breakfast. Housekeeper was uncooperative and ignored us. Asked us at 8am if we were leaving. Told her no. Not till 11. She had little english but seemed to understand no. Went to breakfast, Came back and she was cleaning our room. Asked her to leave, she kept cleaning the bathroom. Told her to stop and leave so my wife could go in. She started trying to hang a new shower curtain. I finally had to literally shove her out of the room. We then discovered that some of our food items were missing. She had thrown them away. Went back out in the hall and she and her cart were nowhere to be seen. Woman on front desk was VERY nice and apologetic about everything

We rented this hotel for the indoor pool when we arrived the pool was closed and broke. Had to ask for a blanket and pillow for the pull out bed And im pretty sure they have bed bugs i have several bites on me i woke up with more everyday

There wasn’t much on the breakfast bar. There were no eggs, very few potatoes. This was between 8 & 8:30
