The accommodation was very nice, staff was kind supportive and helpful. The centre is very close.

The district itself is quite dirty. Was a bit difficult to find the location.

Great for one/two nights stay if you need to be somewhere between the central station and the historical center (less than 10min walk to both). We were a bit worried when we saw the building from from street, it is quite run down same as others in the area but the room itself was renovated and very clean, and the common kitchen well equiped so we were happy. Very good value for the money.
