I am not satisfied with the accommodation. For the price I paid, I was given the most basic room, separated from the bathroom only by a small glass door. There was not even a carpet on the floor, nor were slippers provided, so I had to walk barefoot on dusty laminate flooring. Since it was raining during my stay, the room smelled strongly of sewage. I assume that the room I was assigned may have previously been used as a storage or cleaning room. What makes this even more disappointing is that my colleagues, who paid the same price as I did, were given spacious apartments with saunas. I believe that I was treated unfairly and received accommodation that was far below the value of the price I paid. Overall, I feel that the quality of the room I received was completely disproportionate to the amount I was charged, and I am very disappointed with my stay.

Room with balcony and even sauna. Upgrade much appreciated. Breakfast buffet varied, fresh and top quality.

Wir wurden bei Ankünft hochgestuft und erhielten ein großes Zimmer mit Blick über die Dächer Brüssels. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück von guter Qualität und - lecker! - am Nachmittag gab es Macarons am Empfang :)
