This was the worst day and the worst hotel I ever stayed in out of the whole time I've been renting hotels I was in room 253 first of all I'm disabled and 253 was on the second floor all the way at the end of the hallway once I get inside my room this room looks like it was a mistake to be rented like this room should not have been rented out. The walls were chipped with paint missing the recliner chair was clawed up by cats the stuffing was hanging out of it the dresser that the TV set on was all chipped up had pieces missing out of it the refrigerator the outside of the refrigerator look like they just pull this refrigerator in off of the street and just put it in there without cleaning it or anything I was scared that there was going to be bed bugs and roaches in this room I did not have a comfortable stay at all I could not sleep and I rented this room out for 2 days my two days stay was horrible the sheets had stains on them the carpet was dirty and had patches missing out of it this room was just wrong all the way and I will never ever stay at this Hotel again I don't even want to see this hotel in my search bar when I'm looking for a hotel that's just how bad and disgusted I was with my stay I stayed there when it was still called the extended stay and it was not looking like that all they did was change the name they didn't do no upgrading no remodeling or nothing it's bad I will not suggest anyone stay there unless you really have absolutely nowhere else to go

I didn't like anything abthis hotel

The staff at Suburban Studio Auburn were very pleasant. The front desk employee, Isaiah was super friendly and awesome. Isaiah was cery accommodating when our room didn't have the shower rod/curtain installed. We were promptly given another room. Isaiah went over and beyond to make sure we were happy. This place is very clean, even though they are still converting from a hotel to studios. I was very surprised with what we got for the price. Alot more than what I expected. Everyone needs to understand, this place is studio, it's in it's name- Suburban Studio. If you are looking for a 5 start hotel with a pool, gym, restaurant or even a continental breakfast, you will be very disappointed. I have reviewed previous reviews.... I was alittle upset with what I read.. This place is friendly and clean. Yes, there maybe guests that are staying more than a weekend or week. It's an "extended stay" I don't know what their life situation is, so who am I to judge, why someone is living there. The other guests were very friendly and respectful, as was I. In the future, if I need a place to stay (even a few days) I will be booking here again. I do recommend Suburban Studios Auburn.

Was not how the pictures displayed online; TV and phone in room did not work, had to be moved to another room which had a bad smell so then we had to find another room…entire building needs to be renovated + deep cleaned ASAP. Unacceptable.

I thought I was booking a hotel room. What I got was more. I wasn't expecting a studio apartment and very affordable! The front desk staff were very friendly and respectful. We informed the front desk that there was an issue with our studio (no shower rod). We were immediately given another studio. We were informed that this place is still under construction to convert all rooms to studios. If you're looking for a hotel with restaurant, gym, pool, etc.... you will be disappointed. All we were needing was a room to sleep and we got more! We will definitely book here again. Oh big shout out to Isaiah. He's the best!

The room destroyed and dit

If I had a problem the staff was quick, patient and accommodating. And cared about my safety being a woman, of small build, and looked out for my well being. How many cameras there were, so I could remain on cam when needing to go outside, helped keep me safe.

My first room was dirty. And had cockroaches.
