I was put into 3 different rooms. The first room the bed was broken and the TV didn't turn off. The second room had not been cleaned yet. The third room had a smaller bed than i had booked. The tv had a blue cast to it and there was no garbage can in the room, not even the bathroom. The toiletries were partially used. The gentleman working the front desk was awesome, he had a great attitude.
Rented a room and had no hot water the entire time i was there. Told front desk after an hour of me being there, they came and looked at it but didnt resolve problem. ROOM NEEDED CLEANED PROPERLY mop etc
I checked in at the front desk and left out to get food at a local restaurant. When I got back to the room there was no bed in the room as it was just a frame. I the room was filthy and smelled of urine. The front desk receptionist was really rude and was unhelpful as he stated to me “your guess is as good as mine” I asked him what do I do from here. This is highly unprofessional and was by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life staying at a hotel.

USTbis is by far the worst hotel experience of my life. It was so bad that we checked out after one night. Save your time and money. Stay somewhere else.

Very dirty, dog food in hall way, elevator smelled gross, dirty freezer, floors in room need sweeping and a good mop job just plain dirty
USLeaky water all on bathroom floor. No toilet paper, towels unclean kitchen.
USNo breakfast, accidently locked key in room around mid night was not able to find staff and get back in room till almost 3:30-4:00amq
