Paid $78 for the room at 11am. Then had to sit in the lobby for 4 hours till 3pm to get the key card from the front desk. Even though the maid said she had multiple rooms ready at 1215pm. And to top it off at 3pm when. I got the key I notice that the same exact room went from $78, down to $50. So I paid an extra $30 just to sit in the lobby? I am very unhappy with the situation. The maid staff was the only good experience I had with this place. If I'm not compensates in some way I will absolutely not be revisiting the this booking site, or the hotel.

Parties and shouting went on all night. Staff had to know. Barking dogs, doors unlocked all along the hall. Place badly needed maintenance. Lights out in room, sticky carpet

USUSI believe some people either live there or have to stay for an extended amount of time, they're not loud and they keep their distance.
I left for a few hours to visit family and came back to a lot of police cars and ambulance and someone screaming in agony on the staircase.

Uncleanliness, smoke detector laid on dresser, carpet in room and hallways dirty, dirt in kitchen cabinets front of refrigerator soiled residents sitting trash outside their doors, young men hanging out at front desk after 10:00 pm,no electricity or hot water the day we checked out just very sad and poor choice on my part. 6/15/2024,
