Nice lobby, decent food and coffees. Nice pool and gym. Comfy bed and nice spacious room. Close to Milton Park and Ride for town centre.

My only fault is it seems they spray perfume around the building, which for someone who is allergic, gave me a slightly red face and blocked nose.

"Fantastic reception staff and close to town to see Cambridge"

We were greeted by Izzy at the reception, she was very professional and managed to re arrange some rooms so we could be close to friends. It was a pleasure to e welcomed by her and she is an asset to the company

The spa staff were very cold on arrival and the facilities were not that great, there was hair in the pool and the hot tub was full of foam, I reported this to the reception but no interest was taken to look into this and it was the same the next day. The breakfast was average, no fresh cooked eggs. The fried eggs were like rubber and the quality of the sausages were poor, plenty of choice for everything else though.

Room had broken air con and given basic fan. Other guests in our party had no room due to your stupid overbooking policy
