Nice rooms, good swimming pool

Paying for parking, noisy neighbours. I wish I could have had joint rooms for my family but I understand it was almost a last minute reservation so it’s something more complicated to get sorted.

Really lovely hotel, we had a large room for a family of 4 which was ideal. Our children loved the pool. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and the service and food was very good. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was my husband's birthday, which I had noted when booking, so there was a lovely surprise for him.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like as such, location was a little further out from Cambridge centre than I had thought but that was my fault not researching it properly, it wasn't a problem though. Parking should probably be included in the stay but it wasn't too expensive.

Easy to park. Provides restaurant facilities. Easy checking in and out. Nice room with a very nice shower in the bath.

The restaurant food is average at best.

Noisy children in room above, wall paper peeling off wall near bed, 2 adults 1 pack of biscuits to share, bathroom dirty around taps

Good location, good value and lovely restaurant.

Beds a bit firm, limited family rooms

Really great staff, nice and quiet room, lovely health club facilities and generous opening hours. Good breakfast and nice offering in restaurant for evening meal.

Nothing major but getting into Cambridge itself required some further transport!
