Very nice rooms, very vlean hotel, staff is excellent

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Room was perfect for quite time before my meeting in the morning.

My most favorite part of my stay was my sleep. My bed was extremely comfortable.

The room I booked being taken by a member because I was not.. The hot tub not being in order.

Great front desk employee. Booked a 2 bedroom and said it wasn’t available when I got there. Very kind front desk employee gave me 2 one bedrooms right next to each other. Got to the room and it had a clean air machine going and an awful smell. Switched to two other rooms next to each other that smelled like curry but no other rooms to move to. Wish I would have just left. Hotel is very dated and there are even soft spots in the floor on the 2nd floor hallways that were very scary, ice machine didn’t work, hot tube closed. 👎👎

There was hair extensions in the tub. And lemony water bottle

The place is filthy. Kitchen ware in room was dirty. Dishwasher was not turned on from previous stay. Black out curtains are rotted out, block no light from parking lot or street. Pooled was closed again. Huge stains on couch. Can’t they make a hide a bed that’s comfortable to sit on? The whole property needed a remodel 2 years ago. Embarrassing to have this property under the Marriot name.

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Stay I’ve Ever Had This was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The entire place reeked of wet dog and cat, making it incredibly unpleasant from the moment I walked in. The street lights outside were poorly positioned—they didn’t light the parking lot but instead were aimed directly at the building, causing my room to glow all night and making sleep nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the AC and heater were broken—not just in my room, but in others as well. This led to extreme temperature swings throughout the night. I also had my room randomly inspected mid-stay to check for smoking, even though there was no reason for suspicion, which felt intrusive and unprofessional. The “continental breakfast” was a joke—very few options, and what was available was low quality. The front desk staff was unhelpful and completely lacking in kindness or professionalism. On top of all that, the curtains were ripped, the beds were uncomfortable, and the overall experience was just miserable. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bedrooms, location, spacious, free parking, free breakfast

Was not clean there was trash under the bed and behind dressers in both rooms(had a 2 bedroom) dust everywhere, entrance doors didn't work, TV and internet issues, tubs slow drained had to wait a long time to shower, I requested another room and the other room had the same issues so this isn't an isolated event.

The staff was amazing

This facility has some of the best staff that I have ever encountered. Everyone was so very kind, respectful, helpful and overall, just wonderful!! Please do some renovations to the rooms, pool, and hotel. This is such a wonderful place and the only one I can find with 2 bedroom suites! Please PRAISE the staff!!
