Todo el hotel es fantástico, trato del personal perfecto, check-in y check-out sin contratiempos, alimentos deliciosos y variados.

No me gustó que la alberca no esta climatizada (no tiene calefactor) y el agua esta fría para mi gusto.

"We had a nice relaxing 2 weeks."

Las Halas was a great resort. Except, when we checked in we thought we were all inclusive however, we were not, it cost us additional $3700.00 Canadian to get the all inclusive. The staff are very friendly and nice. It’s one of the more Spanish speaking resorts we have been to. With today’s technology communication wasn’t a problem. The food was excellent as well the service. My only real complaint would be the steak house restaurant, where you had to pay extra for the steak and seafood. I got the lobster and it was undercooked. My husband didn’t want to pay extra for a steak, so he got a cutlet with tomato sauce and fries. The cutlet was dry and cold, the fries were also cold. He also had the French onion soup and it was delicious. All in all a good vacation. The pool and the beach were awesome.
