La atención del personal era lo mejor, todos muy amables y atentos. Los del equipo de entretenimiento Memo y Angel se lucieron. La comida era deliciosa, todos los platillos eran preparados al momento

No habia variedad de mariscos :( Tenia la intencion de comer Jaiba, camarones, pulpo, ostiones desde la mañana, pero solo tenian una variedad limitada y solo en la hora de comida.

La amabilidad del personal, la habitación muy cómoda y sobre todo la alberca para adultos, muy privada y con buen servicio para estar en plan relajados.

Algunas bebidas que aparecen en premium no lo deberían estar ya que su costo no es tan alto en comparación con otros establecimientos que si las tienen en el plan todo incluído básico.

All was perfect, very quit hotel with perfect quite beach without waves which is not so simple to find in Mexico at the Pacific cost. Nice territory where it is possible to walk in the evenings, nice a la carte restaurants. Separate thanks to the personnel who helped us to replace the flat tire in the car.

The architecture and the beach are unique. That is te reason I come back every year. The whole environment is wonderful.

They have strengthened the rules about people with speakers in the public areas, but uneducated people still does it and I had to report to the staff a few times.
