Bed sheets were clean but the chair in room was filthy and stained, beds were old and sagging in the middle

My wife's bed had blood stains on the sheets. The bathroom had a loud ventilator that could not be turned off. The phone was disconnected and covered with some sort of stick material like a Coke had been poured over it. When I reconnected the phone and used a towel to handle the receiver, I could not reach the desk to request a wake-up call. Our airline flight was canceled until the following day and all we wanted was a clean place to stay. Didn't happen.
Many issues , 1- shower curtain missing 2- no hot water 3- room messy 4- concierge said it must of been the way you booked the room. told me they couldn't move me. 5- worst service and uncaring hotel I've ever stayed in. Beyond horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
