Staff was friendly but room wasn’t super clean. Area doesn’t have much around it, lots of traffic to get into the city but still relatively close.
I was extremely impressed with your front desk clerk Kanya. Outstanding customer service. Excellent representative for the company. I was disappointed there was no advertising the pool is closed due to construction. The indoor pool, especially the jacuzzi is a must in my selection of hotels.
The young man who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. He recommended places to eat that were within walking distance and suggested a safe time to leave to get to the airport.
The property is dated. Bathroom needs updating, prior damage around shower/bath resealed badly. Room was nice, bed very comfortable. First night there after travelling all day there was no hot water, major inconvenience. The desk staff were very helpful with every question.
Curtains in the room had big stains on them and lots of tiny little burn holes, room smelled like it used to be smoked in and in the middle of the night it smelled like someone in another room was smoking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful though.
The hotel is located on US 1 which is a divided highway in that area. It was difficult to access the hotel when driving south from New Hampshire. The only option for nearby dining was a sandwich shop adjacent to the hotel. It was difficult to get back on US 1 when we left. There was no hot water in the sink. We used hot water from the shower.
Good Value, clean and Friendly
Upon arrival at 1:45am I found my room was not clean. The bed sheets were thrown on the old sofa. I returned to the front desk and the clerk found me different room, which took an additional 15 mins. This place is extremely dated and dirty... carpeting, walls, countertops etc. However, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Upon checkout, I asked the front desk to phone me a taxi. An unmarked, non-metered car arrived. While in route to the airport I learned that the driver was friends with the hotel staff. Upon conclusion of my ride I was charged $45, for a ride that a metered taxi had charged me $28 for night before. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.
Room faced the street and I could hear all the road noise. Trouble sleeping as a result. I checked all windows, couldn’t get it quieter.
One of the worst Broken Hvac, no mattress pad. Smelly
