Guests highly rate the nice staff and frequently praise the comfortable beds.
Desk host was gone for 30 minutes when we came in, had to wait at 1am after a 6 hour flight exhausted before we could check in. Rooms were disgusting considering the price we paid. Stay at a nicer hotel in Boston for a few extra $ and save yourself the hassle
They need to change the mattress
The only negative is that it's on a one way highway, so going the opposite direction was a back track. Very helpful staff.

It was easy to get to off the freeway and close to the airport. The beds weren't the best, but it was clean and convenient. The breakfast was great, with a variety of items to choose from.
Staff was helpful, facility clean and kept up, breakfast was convenient so didn’t have to worry about going out prior to heading to the day events. Would recommend to others and stay there again.
The heater/AC unit in the room was very noisy.
Your beds really need to be replaced. I could almost feel the springs through the mattress.
