The hotel lay out was so lovely and promoted a welcoming comfortable environment while still emphasizing luxury. The manager of the bar/restaurant was so kind, lovely, and accommodating to us. The golf and pickle ball were accessible and user friendly.

Overall, the hotel was decent, but I can only give it 3 stars due to a serious issue. After checking out, I realized that three of my T-shirts had been stolen from my room. I immediately contacted the hotel, but unfortunately, they were not recovered. This was surprising, as the items were nothing extraordinary, and I paid nearly $500 for one night. I travel extensively worldwide, and this is the first time something has been stolen from me in a hotel. I truly hope this was an isolated incident and not a systemic problem. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good—although quite expensive—and the breakfast crew was professional and extremely helpful, which I appreciated.

We have stayed at the Westdrift many times. It is always a great experience. Beautifully decorated for Christmas this time. The staff are always so welcoming and cannot do enough for you. Claudia and her breakfast team are wonderful. It's home away from home. Jasmine on the bar remembers us everytime and always has time for us. The facilities are very good and varied. Overall an enjoyable visit.
