The staff were fantastic! The lobby is beautiful and clean! Our room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient to what we wanted to see and it was very close to LAX.

I booked 2 rooms. My daughter and son in law arrived 2 days ahead of us. I had booked them an upgraded room for their anniversary. Unfortunately, they had to move to a downgrade room because they had an adjoining room with other guests and they were so loud, it was disruptive. The pillows were horrible. They were so big it was hard to sleep comfortably on them. I am picky, so this may not be a big deal to someone else. I didn't sleep comfortably due to the pillows.

My experience at Westdrift Manhattan was a great one. The hospitality was what really stuck out to me. Especially from a specific worker. I would like to give a shout out to Estela Estrada. Her work is very professional and she went beyond the standard of stewardship. 10/10 experience

The hotel boasts that they have pickleball courts, but it’s really just an old parking lot with layers and layers of paint that made it not only unenjoyable, but very dangerous. The rooms and common areas were clean and nice. The restaurant there charged me $250 that was supposed to be split between 4 of us. My friends were also charged their portion. Then the manager stopped communicating with me and I had to dispute the charges. My friend who paid for the room was also double charged for that! Took them weeks to refund her. Unacceptable.
