Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport by IHG

The hotel is ideally located for accessing Manchester airport and the room we had was spot on, we were only there the one night and it was exactly what we needed. No issues with dinning or accessing the bar and they have a private bar area if you wish to pay more.

The car park was pretty full when we arrived and locating a space was not easy, this may be because the hotel also has a holiday parking set up so some vehicles are for people who are away on holiday. Maybe allocate a space before customers arrive ???? and they also charge you £20 on top of what you pay for the room to park your car overnight !!!!! Sorry but don't agree with that .

The staff were pleasant when providing all the information about the policies of the hotel. I like the fact that the staff asked if I had a room preference. They made an effort attempt to accommodate my request.

I don't have any complaints with my experience. The staff should be complimented. The staff were pleasant and responsive to my questions.
