The bed was comfortable

The air conditioning was terrible. It took hours to get to a reasonable temperature - then heated up again during the night - so were sweating packing our bags. A basic lack of comfort. The food at the restaurant was terrible - we had overcooked salmon with "superfoods" salad. The only superfood we could find was a few edamame beans. It was smothered in dressing. The hotel is far enough from the terminal that its difficult to walk with luggage but near enough that taxi drivers dont want to take you. The shuttle from the hotel back to the terminal was expensive.

We thought it would be a run down place for people to stay over for flights....not at all....it was amazing. Had everything we needed. We booked for a meal too, which was lovely. A great start to our holiday.

Nice and close to the airport, walkable from Terminal 3. We caught the regular shuttle bus to Terminal 2 for a small charge, as it was a long walk for us. Choice of 2 restaurants to eat in. Good choice of breakfast.

The bathroom fittings were a mystery!! It would have helped to have some instructions on how to use mixer taps and the plug in the basin! Reception never picked up when we tried to call them.

I liked the location of the hotel. The staff were very kind and courteous. I felt welcomed upon my arrival. The room was great with a good sized bathroom and nice bathroom toiletries. I will definitely book again and have recommended it to my family members.
