Excellent breakfast. Shame I’m on a diet! Location is excellent for walking into town. Dinner at hotel was excellent and not at all like corporate dining

Waited nearly 15 minutes to be served st the Bar after dinner. Only one person serving snd big crowd needing served.

Nice bar and excellent restaurant.

Reception staff kept getting my bills wrong.

Hotel was clean, didn’t spend much time in the room but I found the sheets felt quite plasticky which was pretty unpleasant.

Despite receiving plenty of messages before checking in none of the messages mentioned a marathon that would be taking place the day we were due to check out. If we didn’t leave the hotel before 8am we would be stuck not able to leave until lunch time which meant despite having quite a late evening, we had no choice but to check out early as we couldn’t risk getting stuck. The irony of this I’m almost certain check out isn’t until 11am so I guess had we stayed, we would’ve been expected to vacate our rooms and just sit in the lobby? Again are we acting as if a simple email detailing this inconvenience couldn’t be sent amongst all the other rubbish emails they sent….? In reality the hotel knew had they have notified visitors or this, we would have likely opted to stay somewhere else but give us that option! Because that’s what I would have chosen! They have ev charging on site yet had a car connected the whole time (not charging) and the only available charger wouldn’t work. On the surface the hotel looks great but in reality there are many flaws. Poor communication and pretty dismissive staff who clearly couldn’t understand our frustrations. I don’t imagine I’ll return.

Location: Great location close to the city center, shopping, restaurants and the cruise terminal Facility : The overall hotel including the common areas and rooms were impeccably clean and modern Staff: Staff were friendly and helpful. Very accommodating and assisted us without hesitation for an earlier check-in

The elevators are small The bathroom is a bit small but not a major concern

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The facility was located close to everything and very walkable.

Only that the bed sheet needed changing. They were stained but when we called the front desk the stained sheet was changed right away.

Location to cruise terminal Lovely reception area Great breakfast

The lifts. Tiny and only 2 of them and on the morning of checkout with so many cruise passengers and luggage it was impossible to get a lift.

Was nice
