Convenient location reasonable prices and I use it frequently when in Southampton.

Do not like the new restaurant menus and the increase in prices

Excellent location for the cruise terminal. Spotlessly clean with lovely refurbished bedrooms and communal areas. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was excellent.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant, place was spotless, location was perfect would definitely use again.

Our room was available at 10am when we arrived after a long flight from Australia plus bus ride from Heathrow. Very impressed with fitness centre. good location for joining a cruise a couple of days later.

Shower over bath.

We stayed at the Voco Southampton as we were boarding a cruise for our honeymoon the next day. The hotel was aware of this and left a little gift in our room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. A little hot with the thick duvet but aircon worked well. Breakfast the next day had a good selection.

Breakfast was lovely but went cold quickly as plates were not kept warm. Duvet was very thick which made it hot but easily fixed by turning down room temperature

Loved my spacious room. The staff was exceptional.

great location for a cruise vacation, clean and quiet.
