The room was clean and staff were pleasant

Not enough lifts. 2 small lifts in a very busy hotel. It was near impossible to go down in the lift with luggage on 4th floor. It was always full.

Very quiet and clean room. Also very bright and the bed was so comfy and big. I went there for my wedding day and night and all the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. We even got a bottle of prosecco! We are very grateful for how well we were treated and how amazing the hotel it. Thank you so much to the team at Voco!

Price. Very expensive and did not include breakfast but the only room available at the time to stay and see Take That at St. Mary's stadium.

A perfectly situated hotel, no more than a 25 min walk to St Mary's stadium and train station. West Quey shopping opposite and cruise terminals very close. Lovely comfortable rooms, breakfast very good and all the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful.
