Nice amenities like hot tub, warm pool and gong therapy

When we arrived they had a power outage ( which is a frequent occurrence there) and they couldn’t program the room keys, so we had to wait a lot and then only a staff member could get us to the room till morning, which was inconvenient. But at least we were allowed to check out later because of that.

Good things: very clean, rooms are big. Bad things: shower didn’t heat, food was average and wildly overpriced, service is bare effort minimal. Overall, I would not recommend for those trying to get a true luxury experience (there are far nicer options in upstate ny). It’s good if you’re trying to just get away for some peace and quiet and some yoga.

"Ambivalent feelings"

We were there 3 nights. Room never was cleaned . I mean it no garbage removal no shampoo or shower gel no towels. Food was very simple and not enough for everyone. Breakfast 8-10 . If you come 9:30 there is no food . Not even coffee. If you come 8 they will tell you to early wait 30 minutes. Not enough stuff. Very unpleasant experience.

Good location. Inside pool multiple sauna rooms. The building is very big so you don’t see many people.

The property has potential but it needs a lot of work. This is not a four star property. It is 2 stars as best.

We hated everything about our stay except our massages.

We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day weekend at YO1 resort. It’s always really peaceful and serene on the property and the amenities are great. Only issue was our bed sheets were stained when we first arrived and it took all day for housekeeping to come change them. Aside from that it was a great stay, will come back again.
