I recently had the pleasure of staying at YO1 Longevity & Health Resorts, and I must say, it was a truly rejuvenating experience. Nestled in a serene and picturesque setting, this resort is the perfect getaway for anyone looking to rest, recharge, and find inner peace. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible range of wellness offerings. I particularly enjoyed the massages, which were expertly done and left me feeling completely relaxed and revitalized. The yoga and meditation classes were equally exceptional, providing a harmonious blend of physical and mental rejuvenation. While the resort’s focus on health and wellness is commendable, I would love to see a wider variety of vegan options available on the menu. As someone who values plant-based eating, having more diverse and creative dishes would have added an extra layer of satisfaction to my dining experience. Another feature that could benefit the resort is a text messaging system to remind clients of their upcoming appointments, perhaps 15 minutes beforehand. This small addition would provide added convenience and ensure guests make the most of their scheduled sessions. Despite these minor suggestions, my time at YO1 Longevity & Health Resorts was nothing short of wonderful. The tranquil environment, attentive staff, and comprehensive wellness programs make it a haven for anyone seeking a holistic approach to health and relaxation. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and healing retreat.

Needs more staff.

I paid extra for in room massage and when I got there they told me they stopped it after Covid. Why they have that option when you’re booking then? I waited 40 mnts for breakfast and the staff wasn’t very friendly They don’t give you any type of refund, only give you credit for one night which you alrepaid for Why would I want to go back?

custmer service is realy poor

We have been coming here for years. #1 Reason is because Michael treats us like VIP'S, ALWAYS !!!! Is the reason we send so many friends and family there. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi, Unbelievable SUITES , View of the mountains, the lake and the trees are amazing. You see this view from everywhere. Yoga classes. Amazing activity room downstairs with pool tables, ping pong tables, lounges and more. GREAT GYM !

### Review of YO1 Resort I recently stayed at YO1 from November 9 to November 10, 2024, and I regret to say that my experience was quite disappointing, especially given the high cost of the stay. **Pros:** The resort is located in beautiful surroundings and features a stunning interior that created a positive first impression. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and apologetic, doing their best to assist us during our visit. **Cons:** 1. **Canceled Activities:** One of the main reasons we chose YO1 was the advertised yoga sessions and spa facilities. We were eagerly looking forward to participating, but both yoga sessions were unexpectedly canceled without any prior notice. This lack of communication was frustrating and disrupted our plans for relaxation and wellness. 2. **Dining Experience:** The dining options were underwhelming. When I ordered food to go, I was disappointed to find that my soup container was only half full. Additionally, there was a very limited beverage selection, with only one glass of wine available, which did not meet the high-end experience we expected. 3. **Facility Maintenance:** Several aspects of the resort were in need of serious attention. The bathrooms, especially in the men's locker room, were unclean, with multiple toilets out of order. I found myself looking around for a key or a particular size slipper to lock my things up, but there was no one around to assist. This left me feeling quite frustrated, especially since all the slippers available were size 5, which didn’t fit me or many of the guests. Furthermore, the cold plunge pool was not cold, and the Jacuzzi in the pool area was also cold and poorly maintained. When I inquired with the lifeguard about raising the temperature, they seemed unaware of how to address the issue, which was disappointing.

Lovely resort

Low value for price paid. Additional services are extremely expensive. $11 for one cup of Americano. Overall, not a great vibe.
