I booked and paid for a king room and was given a queen room with nothing coming off my bill so I was overcharged for a lesser room when I paid for a king

I stayed recently to take my family to a Cardinals game. The only option for parking on site is valet, they conveniently don't allow self-park during the weekend. Then, we were given a room that hadn't been cleaned(2 hrs after check-in time). I have 3 small children, so we requested a roll-away bed. I was told a roll away wouldn't fit in the room (it absolutely would). This normally would be ok, but in this hotel the 2-bed rooms aren't Queens, they're Fulls. What hotel still uses Fulls?? So we paid $300 for a dirty room. At least the morning buffet offered was $25 a person. What a bad joke.

Valet and self parking are terrible. Front desk staff very rude. They were dealing with a lot of angry customers regarding parking and delays with checking in, but they still should have maintained professionalism

It was right near the arc. Good location.

I reserved our room over a year ago. They did not give me the room I wanted. I wanted a king size bed. They gave me 2 double beds. They said the room I reserved was not available which is unacceptable. Also a light in the bathroom wasn’t working and there was a hole in one of the towels.
