Hyatt Regency Saint Louis at The Arch

The experience at this hotel has always been among the best I have ever stayed at. They hire some of the best people making you feel like your stay really matters. A great hotel across the street from a beautiful national park.

Clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Location was key as we were visiting Busch Stadium and the Gateway Arch. Walking distance to both. Only issue is parking is not included in room price. We did the valet which was very easy to access car if needed. Would stay here again.

Wonderful experience. Went to the Cardinals game. Hotel is within walking distance. Plus that they had several dining options. Rooms were clean. We will definitely stay again. Hotel is directly across from Arch also.

The over all appeal of the hotel was fantastic. It was was aesthetically pleasing to the eye and a great location.

BEDS - HARD. PAID FOR ROOM UPGRADE - I did an upgrade and had the tiniest room I've ever experienced, and paid more for it. NEVER would I upgrade if I knew this was what I would get, but my room wasn't ready so I figured okay upgrade. NEVER AGAIN I HATED THAT ROOM CRAMPED. Only Valet Parking available on weekend and Sunday the sign said expect up to 20 minutes to get your car, the signage should have read at a minimum 20 minutes to get your car no up to. It was a massive cluster backed all the way up the stair case to the lobby. Unfortunately, I probably won't choose this hotel again, I enjoyed their neighbor hotel much better and it provided a breakfast and evening drinks.

Nice property. Very clean. Great view from my 15th floor room. Elevators were a bit quirky but everything worked out. Side door key card scanner didn't work but the doors into the brew pub was open.

Perfect location for walking to the arch, Busch stadium, and food. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very helpful staff!

Always a great place to stay. It's a short walk to the Arch and the rooms with the Arch view are superb! The hotel sports bar is pricey, but the service and food were good!

I like that the property has beautiful views and is near the arch.

I stayed at the hotel because I loved the fish and chips at the bar and they discontinued the item. Also they added shellfish and cook it all together so with an allergy I ended up door dashing food. Also the room was not so clean and the toilets are so low. The hotel looks amazing down stairs the rooms are nothing spectacular in my opinion. Next time it will definitely be the Druary. View was the best part.
