Hyatt Regency Saint Louis at The Arch

Treated poorly at check-in. I was not given the room of my choice. I then encountered several issues with overall condition of the room.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—the microwave was immaculate as well. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Ruby (Room Attendant) was gracious and attentive, Christina at Starbucks remembered my name and order after one visit—WOW! Brian (Bellman) was quick and efficient, and the gentleman who delivered our bags was also very friendly.

Very good location to attend cardinals game

The extra security charge -esp if you have more than one room- parking is a disaster!! When trying to speak to anyone about charges I was re routed several times w a promise for call back. Still waiting on that call back months later.

Extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. After checking out, I realized I had left my Apple Watch in my room. The last known location on the device showed it was still at the Hyatt. I called immediately and was told I would receive a call back, but no one ever followed up. I had to call multiple times, including waiting on hold for nearly 20 minutes, before being transferred to Security. While Security apologized, I was told the room had already been cleaned and the watch was not found. My Apple Watch's last known location was the hotel, yet it was never reported to Lost & Found.

The only thing I didn’t like was the sheets on the bed. The bottom sheet wasn’t fitted and it kept coming out from the tuck and bunching up under me
