Hyatt Regency Saint Louis at The Arch

Great location for the Cards baseball game & visiting the Arch.

Carpet in room was stained and dirty. Room was very dated and in need of updating. Safe would not open after putting in valuables. Maintenance spent 45 minutes at night trying to get safe to open. Asked maintenance person to leave so I could go to bed. Was assured issue would be resolved the next day. No follow up from staff the next day. I had to stop by front desk to get ask for assistance. Issue was resolved however I did not know since there was no direct communication with me until I again went to the front desk. No apology for inconvenience or adjustment to my bill.

The room was small but used the space adequately. The bathroom amenities, towel and safety bars would help ALL your patrons. The Location was 5 star! We had trouble with our key cards getting us in and out of the parking garage. For the price of parking there should be better equipment.

Overall good experience. We stayed on the 16th floor, and the view was amazing. Suggestions for improvement would be to keep the restaurant/bar open later than 11pm when there is a baseball game. We returned to the hotel around 10:45pm, and it would have been nice to stop at the bar in the hotel while we waited on the massive lines for the elevators. That was the only other frustration - the elevators! Other than that, the room was nice, and we had no issues! Would probably stay here again during a Cardinals game.

There was mold in the bathtub and only 2 of the 4 elevators were working. Not a great experience for a business meeting trip.

Very clean and great location for our stay.

It cost us $40 to park our car for one evening!!!!
