Hotel is nice. Staff was extremely disappointing and the rooms were not clean. They misplaced my luggage multiple times so it took it a long time to get it up to my room. Pretty frustrating when you have been driving all day and just want to wrap up the night. The staff were all just not welcoming at all, uncharacteristic of other Hyatts I have stayed at.

We got a room upgrade, had a top floor corner room with the view. Can’t beat the view and location - the best in the city for sure.

Once great, now it’s a pretty dated hotel. While everything is working, it’s not working ideally. The walls are thin, I constantly heard coughing from the adjusting room. Also had an issue with a housekeeper who took our stuff from the room before we checked out. Luckily we caught her upon return.
