The bar and food was really good.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the 2 elevators that were closest to our room one of them was not working. Made it very inconvenient for us on the 7th floor to go up and down.

Location was great! Very clean and staff were friendly!

Room smelled of dogs and hotel did not appear to segregate rooms.

Nice friendly employees.

There was an extremely large group of very loud, vulgar, arrogant people who were running the halls till late in the early hours. I couldn’t get to sleep until after 4:00 AM.

The food

One elevator was out and it was a packed hotel

The young woman who helped me was exceptional. Very nice, kind, and respectful. The hotel was beautiful, from the entrance to the room. I didn't get to try the breakfast, I was very tired after a long trip, but I would have liked to.

Nothing everything was good

The location was close to the meeting places we had arranged. However, what we didn't know was that the area had become crime prone and the hotel management has done nothing to protect guests' property or to inform them of these problem. We had planned to leave early in the morning on our last day, only to find that our car windows were smashed, as were those of other guests' cars. Turns out this is not the first time this has happened, and the hotel staff knew about this and simply handed us a complaint form. Only when we made a fuss did they had us the non-emergency police number so we could file a complaint (which we did). As it was early and the maintanince staff was not there yet there was not even a broom available to sweep up the glass in the car. Needless to say this delayed all our meetings that day, and we had go to replace our rental car. This was really not treatment we expected from a hotel in the chain!!
