Employees were pleasant. Beds were comfortable.

Needs an update. Rooms and hallways smell of wet cigarettes. Exhaust system doesn’t seem to operational. Two showers and windows are full of moisture. Mold anyone.

"The worst hotel I have ever experienced and I travel a lot!"

I liked Nothing! Dirty , smelly hotel everywhere Room not sound proof- noisy ! Rude staff Breakfast disgusting!

Everything ! I booked for my daughter to be with us, she couldn’t stay and booked another hotel immediately! Luckily we have my uncle’s family in Newton, we spend a few days with them as we couldn’t stand the dirt and awful smell of the hotel. Even the guests are working class . Many came to breakfast with dirty stained clothes and one came in barefoot! A couple of guests had a fight in the dining room and exchanged bad language, Our holiday was spoiled because of this hotel ! It is the standard of one star , definitely NOT 3 stars!
