this is not a hotel this place is a haunted house anyone Expedia or Wyndham need to inspect this dirty place this is not joke or bad word for the future customers, anyone need to inspect this place

The upkeep on the property was poor. The tub in our room has obviously leaked in the past and the floor was spongy. The couch in our room was quite stained.

For the value this place did the trick. Hotel could charge a little more and still get plenty of visitors but does need some updating. The hot tub jets were not working, needed more water and was not desirable to use during our stay.

"Travelers awareness "

Hotel being updated. Outside looked very scary. Lobby looked nice. Our bathroom had unfinished tile in the shower, old towels, missing handrail but metal pieces still in the wall. Breakfast was minimal. Our room was on the first floor and I was awakened around 3am with stomping above me. This place was not full by any means.

Friendly front desk Sam has been very helpfull when our travelagency made a mistake. Front desk Sam was very helpfull in solving our problem. Because of front desk Sam we could enjoy our stay in Hot Springs SD. Rooms were clean en very nice, we had a good sleep. Swimmingpool was not to large, we enjoyed our swim, all was clean. Breakfast was lovely, the lady took care all was enough and cleaned up when guests didn’t.

Die Rezeption hat uns ein gutes mexikanisches Restaurant empfohlen

Meine Frau hat eine Glutenunverträglichkeit und ich habe vorab per Mail nach glutenfreien Brot oder Semmeln zum Frühstück gefragt. Leider nicht geklappt. Ansonsten haben wir nicht wirklich gefrühstückt, alles war im Frühstücksraum (Frühstück konnte man das nicht nennen) schmutzig und schlechter Kaffee. Auch die Zimmer waren dreckig.
