Baymont by Wyndham Hot Springs

The woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was pretty nice overall.

Someone had used the toilet and didn't flush.

Dated facility, not dirty just dinghy and run down. Ok value for price

We have stayed here several times over the past 10 years and each time we stay it has been worse. The common areas have not been kept up and the rooms are dirty. Our most recent stay will be the last time we book this hotel.

Very cozy, we loved our room with the corner tub and everything was very easy and nice staff

Nothing. It was dirty. The room had broken door knobs and a dirty microwave. The front desk staff was rude. And now over a month later they are claiming we did not stay. I believe our room Number was 210. And I have a credit card receipt to show it was paid for

Would not stay again. Was disappointed in it not by Wyndham it was personally owned by someone else. The place was not clean and in need of many repair and update needed. We very disappointed in the hotel.

This hotel needs a deep clean and some TLC. I don’t think the floors have ever seen a vacuum, and our mirror looked like someone wiped it with a dirty towel. Our bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke and not one thing in the breakfast room looked like it had been cleaned… possibly ever. I did not allow my family to eat anything in there or even swim in the pool or use the bathtub. I don’t think the front commons area has ever been dusted. I didn’t appreciate someone seeing us leave and immediately entering our room to empty our trash, it was weird and made me uncomfortable as we were only staying 2 nights and usually no housekeeping is done (normally) until at least day 2/3. The only good thing about this hotel was that the beds were comfortable and that’s why I gave it a 1out of 10. But I can assure you that we will not be staying at any Baymont by Wyndham’s again unless it specifically states it is corporate owned/ran rather than privately owned.

Absolutely terrible hotel, from the disinterested staff, to the grubby, unmaintained room. The couch in the room was filthy, sheets and towels were grey instead of white. Dust and (something undefined) on the floors, mirrors streaky and the smell of bleach and disinfectant overpowering, as if trying to cover up some other smells. Carpets stained and dusty. It was disgraceful. The breakfast area was dirty, dull and very unappealing. The wifi didn’t work at all. We didn’t even unpack, but left as soon as we could find another hotel.
