The rooms are on par for a well-cared for value hotel, but that’s not what makes this place. The staff made me realize how much I miss being in Alabama with their customer service, kindness and wonderful Southern-ness. Charmel was like having a wonderful Great Aunt with you in the breakfast area. She made my daughter her waffle each morning we ate in, and is flowing with sunshine the entire breakfast time. Ricky at the front desk was the Great Uncle you didn’t know you needed but you are glad you met. He was there to help 3 times my daughter needed something. We will stay here in Opelika again if we ever need to come back to Auburn because these people take great care of the guests.

Older facility and laid out like an old school hotel, but it had been recently renovated. The room was clean, property was well kept and conveniently located. It was very basic and met my needs. I would stay here again.
